Refund policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, or it does not fit, you can return your purchase if it is unused for an exchange or a credit note. Please contact us by email. 

Return postage must be covered by the customer & must be returned within 14 days.

If your product is 'faulty' or defective a refund or exchange may be offered. Please contact us by email if you need to return a faulty product. We reserve the right to assess products for damage before issuing a full refund or exchange. This also applies to 'faulty' products.

If a returned product has been used / damaged, we may offer a lower refund / credit at the cost of repair / resale value. If the product is severely damaged / beyond repair, we reserve the right to decline the return.

Return postage / shipment must be covered by the customer / purchaser. 

We comply with the applicable consumer laws in New Zealand including the Fair Trading Act 1986 and the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
