Shipping policy

Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. We only deliver to New Zealand and Australia street addresses. Shipping cost will be calculated on the location of delivery (North Island or South Island or Rural or Australia). The shipping cost is calculated and displayed at online checkout before final payment is taken. We currently only ship to New Zealand and Australia.

We will endeavor to ship your item(s) as soon as possible once we receive your order. Typically this is the next working day after we receive your order. Once we have shipped your item(s), please allow 2-3 working days for delivery (North Island) or 3-5 working days (South Island). Rural delivery could be longer. Orders will be processed Monday – Friday. Please note Pre-orders will be dispatched on date advertised. 

We can provide tracking information to your provided email for your shipment. Please note some of our products are shipped direct from our suppliers. If you order different products they may come in separate packages.

Shipping to Australia:

All orders to Australia are sent by economy post with NZ post and will take 3 - 13 working days to arrive. Please be advised that Australia may have different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Sika Hunters NZ is not liable for these charges. We will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.
