The AU chip module includes the FDD LTE 4G (B28) 700MHz frequency — the low-band frequency that Spark and Vodafone use for rural and remote coverage in NZ. The GPS chip (accurate to 4 metres) is handy for managing multiple cameras across a large block — you'll always know exactly where each one is sitting.

Please note: Live streaming requires a good cellular signal at the camera location. In marginal signal areas, a booster antenna (sold separately) can improve performance.

FAQ

How does the live streaming work?
Open the LinckEazi App, select your camera, and tap the live stream button. The camera connects within approximately 30 seconds (good signal required) and streams live video with audio for up to 2 minutes. Press record on your phone to save the clip. Allow at least 5 minutes between live stream requests for best results.

Do I need to pay for cloud storage?
No — the free plan gives you 10 days of rolling cloud storage ongoing. Photos and videos are never deleted from your SD card regardless of your cloud plan. Paid cloud plans start from €1.99/month if you want longer storage.

What SIM card do I need?
Any NZ 4G LTE SIM — Spark, Vodafone, or 2Degrees. A prepay data SIM works fine. SIM card not supplied.
